Nike and Jordan Brand Unveil 2017 Black History Month Collection
To help celebrate Black History Month, Nike and Jordan Brand unveil its annual BHM footwear collection, featuring 10 brand new silhouettes. Compromised of several basketball iterations and running shoes, the latest BHM collection is probably the best to date from Nike and Jordan Brand, showing off more colorways and new silhouettes than ever before.
The 2017 limited edition BHM collection will incorporate a blend of black and white colorways, mixed with gold accents, to represent the power of unity. The latest line up of Nike BHM silhouettes will include: the LeBron 14, Kyrie 3, KD 9, Nike Flare, Nike LunarEpic and, Air Force 1 Upstep and the classic Nike Air Force 1 High.
For this year’s Jordan BHM collection, the Jumpman features the following sneakers as part of their limited edition offering: Air Jordan 1, Jordan Trunner and the Air Jordan 1 GS.
Along with the release of the footwear, Nike and Jordan Brand will release matching BHM apparel for each sneaker style as well as a limited edition MVP jacket and pant combination. Both brands will also launch the release the highly popular “Equality” t-shirts for men and women.
The 2017 Nike BHM collection will release on Thurs., Feb. 16, at select Nike retailers nationwide and online at Nike.com. The set of Jordan Brand sneakers will be available to the public on Sat., Feb. 11.
