Newstalk KIT’s Lance Tormey Explores Hot Yoga
A lot of people are getting into yoga these days -- but what kind is right for you?
There's regular yoga and then there's hot yoga. And I had a chance to check out HOT yoga at Yakima's new Renu Hot Yoga.
First: Yes, it was warm. Very warm. But they say that's part of the benefit. The heat loosens up muscles and allows you to stretch more and enjoy more of the relaxing parts of yoga.
Hot yoga is also a great way to shed toxins and lose weight since the sweat is dripping off you like someone poured a glass of water over your head.
It's a great way to start or end your day.
And starting Friday morning at 8, it's our Weekly Deal. Get a five-visit $60 certificate for $30 while supplies last.
