All good things must come to end, even as improbable as it might seem.

The Connecticut women's basketball team saw their incredible 111 game winning streak get snapped at the hands of Mississippi State in overtime in the national semi final in Dallas, TX last night, 66-64.

The two teams had met last year in the Sweet 16 and the Huskies slaughtered the Bulldogs by 60 points 98-38. UConn hadn't lost a game in either the regular or post season since November of 2014.

Morgan William, who went off for 41 point in her previous game, hate the game-winning shot at the buzzer to send the crowd into delirium as well as shock.

Mississippi State will face South Carolina, who defeated powerhouse Stanford, in the Finals tomorrow night.
