Leopards Claim State Title

It's been quite a year for the Zillah Leopards.  They finished the regular season undefeated at 24-0 and this weekend they claimed their second 1A State Basketball title by beating King's of Seattle 52-46.  Brady Widner was named the tournament MVP and teammate Justin Densmore joined Widner on the the All-Tournament team.

Other State Champions crowned this weekend in the Yakima Sundome:  Pullman won it's second straight 2A boys title, beating Anacortes.   W.F. West of Chehalis beat Mark Morris for the 2A girls and Lynden Christian beat King's of Seattle for the 1A girls title.
