UNIVERSITY PARK, Pa. (AP) — Penn State's latest audited financial statements show it has settled with one more sexual-abuse accuser of former assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky, bringing the total payout to $93 million to 33 people.

The statements cover the fiscal year that ended June 30.

WJAC-TV reports the statements show the university has paid nearly $20 million in legal fees relating to internal investigations in the past two years and its insurers have paid $30 million relating to the scandal. The figures reported Wednesday don't include a recent $2.4 million fine by the U.S. Department of Education over the university's handling of sex abuse allegations against Sandusky.

Sandusky was convicted of abusing boys and is in prison but maintains his innocence.
