Troubled free agent all-star outfielder Josh Hamilton is switching teams but staying in the same division.

The 32 year-old has reportedly come to an agreement with the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim.  The terms are five years for $125 million as he exits A.L. West rival Texas Rangers.

Another A.L. West team, the Seattle Mariners, was also considered a major player in the sweepstakes for this year's most coveted free agent.

Hamilton joins slugger Albert Pujols and rookie phenom Mark Trumbo in what should be an explosive batting order.
