House Fire 1/2 Block East Of Bonnie Doon & 38th Ave. In Yakima

A huge house fire broke out at a home just east of Bonnie Doon & 38th Avenues in Yakima this morning. The Yakima Fire Department dispatched 3 fire engines and an ambulance to the area while the Yakima Police Department blocked off traffic half a block south and north of that intersection along 38th Ave. No word yet on if the fire has been contained and what danger, if any, it poses to nearby houses.
