SEATTLE (AP) — Rookie right-hander Zack Godley pitched six strong innings in his second career start, David Peralta had three hits and two RBIs, and the Arizona Diamondbacks beat the Seattle Mariners 8-4 on Tuesday night for their fourth consecutive victory.

Godley (2-0), who pitched six shutout innings to win his debut last week, allowed three runs on six hits, including solo homers by Mike Zunino and Nelson Cruz. He struck out four and walked three.

Peralta drove in Arizona's first two runs on a single in the first inning and double in the third. He also singled in the sixth and walked in the seventh.

The Diamondbacks opened a 6-1 lead with a three-run sixth inning, bunching five hits to chase Hisashi Iwakuma (2-2), who was tagged for all six runs on 10 hits in 5 2-3 innings.
