Former Mariners Manager Lou Piniella’s Plaque Enters Team’s Hall of Fame

This past Saturday, I had the privilege of attending the ceremony at Safeco Field in Seattle for the induction of Lou Piniella as the eighth member of the Mariners Hall of Fame.

On Sunday afternoon, my wife and I went to the game and stopped by the M's hall to inspect the plaque up close.

If you are an M's fan and have never been, you owe it to yourself to check it out.  It is free of charge once inside the ballpark and is a great history of baseball in the Pacific Northwest - and, it has a bar inside!
