NEW YORK (AP) — If someone tells you Derek Jeter is no longer playing the field, don't accuse them of passing along old news. He retired more than a year ago — but in this case "playing the field" has to do with his personal life. Jeter is engaged. The former New York Yankees star has let out the news — but in a sly way. He did so in a post on his website, The Players' Tribune. The post was about his new dog — but in the essay, he mentions that the pooch was a "gift last year from my finance." Jeter didn't name her name — but it's well known he has been dating Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Hannah Davis. He's 41, she's 25. Among those on Jeter's roster of girlfriends over the years are Mariah Carey, Jessica Alba, Jessica Biel and Minka Kelly.
