CWU Wins First Round Playoff Game With Buzzer Beating Shot

March madness has begun! Central Washington University pulled a shocker last night. The 6th seeded wildcats beat the third seeded Alaska Anchorage 79-78 on a last second buzzer beating shot by star junior Mark McLaughlin. McLaughlin finished the game with a G-NAC tournament record 32 points. The wildcats hope to keep the upsets coming when they play third nationally ranked Seattle Pacific University tonight in the semifinals.
