For the first time in school history, a member of the University of Washington's Women's Basketball team has been selected unanimously to the Associated Press's All-America team.

Washington's standout senior guard, Kelsey Plum, received the honor by securing all 33 first team votes.

Plum, who finished on the AP third team last season, averaged over 31 points per game and broke the NCAA all-time points scored leader, whilst leading the lady Dawgs to the Sweet 16 in the 2017 tournament.

Plum is expected by some pundits to be the #1 overall pick in the upcoming WNBA draft joining her male counterpart Markell Fultz.
